Thank you to a comment on an earlier post, you can find the Wednesday dress here. I’m not sure those are polka dots, but close enough for me. It comes in black and several other jewel tone colours. I especially like the polka dots and the range of colours.

SimsService has a Witch costume, a hat and sweater mainly. Also a cat hat, which was more Halloween fun than real Witch. I also found a necklace with a dragon on one of her other creations from the same cartoon series.
