This is a set of three: skirt, shirt, and stockings, from Birba32. I think you could have them worn together or with plainer clothes if the set is too much colour all at once. I think its fun, especially for kids.

I found an Alice in Wonderland costume for girls. If you have a younger brother or sister, toddler age, you can include them in the Alice in Wonderland theme. InfinitePlumbobs has a top hat and suit to have your toddler dress up like the Mad Hatter. Luckily, Sims can’t say no!
